The dialogue between the panel for community is right on. Learning members/vistors names. Shabbat greeters prepare name tags with 2 different colors for those that are entering. Look at everything you do from preparing printed materials to services from the other perspective. Make your synagogue "A Place to Belong"
Thanks for this infomative conference...our 70 year old, less than 70 members congregation has much to learn...A 2008 personal goal will be to help implement instead of standing by criticizing. Again, THANKS.
