Show Us Your Matzah Balls!
Passover is among the most celebrated of all Jewish holidays, and we want to know how you do it. Share your holiday stories, recipes, and photos for inclusion in a special Facebook album on the URJ Facebook page. Send us your submissions here.
You can also join the conversation on Twitter using the hashtag #showusyourmatzahballs. One rabbi calls it her “new favorite hashtag,” and the conversation is getting lively.
We’ve got a lot of important Passover-related questions to help inspire your submissions: Will your matzah balls be fluffy or firm? Floaters or sinkers? Will the horseradish be bottled or fresh? Purple or white? Will you be eating leftovers for the second seder? Will your tush be comfy in a padded chair or wiggling on a folding chair? Will there be an orange on the seder plate? Why or why not? What songs will you sing? Do you do Dayenu or don’t you do Dayenu? Inquiring minds want to know!
We’re tweeting these questions & others from @URJ, and our Facebook album full of your submissions is in the making. Come on, show us your matzah balls!
