Where in the World Are All the Reform Jews?

Have you ever wondered which world nations have the largest Reform Jewish populations? In the new issue of Reform Judaism magazine, out now, you’ll find a list of The Top World Nations With Jewish Populations & Their Reform Congregations. The list includes 43 countries, the size of their Jewish populations, and the number and location of their Reform congregations. Because the term “Reform” is primarily used in North America, the list also names each country’s preferred terminology.

So which countries make the list? Here’s a peek at the top 10:

  1. Israel
  2. United States
  3. France
  4. Canada
  5. United Kingdom
  6. Russia
  7. Argentina
  8. Germany
  9. Australia
  10. Brazil

Check out Reform Judaism magazine for a list of all 43 countries and details about their Jewish communities. While you’re at it, take a look at the new RJ Insider’s Guide to World Jewish Travel for stories about where to go, what to see, and how to connect with Jews worldwide on your next big trip.
