Last week I had the pleasure of working with a group of girls from Kesher and Chalutzim. They had expressed an interest in songwriting and recording and signed up for the “Beth Schafer Recording Experience” (sounds like a ride at Epcot). We spent our first session discussing the craft of songwriting and the girls chose the theme Jewish pride as a theme for the song they would write together.
