Major Staff Housing Renovations

What was originally built in 1962 as the camp infirmary and has functioned as a Staff Dormitory for the last 10 years will now be transformed into staff housing that will provide ample space, privacy, and comfort for 20 staff members. Also, the 4 staff rooms, originally built in 1963 underneath the Ulam Elisheva , will be significantly enlarged and modernized with central air-conditioning.

When faced with technical difficulties that created a 5-minute delay in showing our camp video, our super star staff, decked out in many different Coleman staff shirts, was to the rescue. One of the Temple Israel teachers suggested we teach a song, and teach we did. “Singing in the Rain” never sounded so good! Thumbs out, elbows in!

Spread the News- Camp Coleman is Hiring!

Food- it’s an essential part of camp, giving us energy to do all of the activities we want to do at camp. We all have our favorite meals- pasta shells, steak fajitas, or of course the beloved chicken pattie. We are currently looking to hire a year-round assistant kitchen supervisor, and we need your help!
