How Green is Your University?

This week, the Sustainable Endowment Institute released their annual college sustainability report card.

The report grades colleges and universities on their environmental efforts including their work to fight climate change, their food and recycling programs, and the presence of green buildings on campus. Here are some highlights of the report:

  • The top sustainability programs— Dartmouth College, Harvard University, Stanford University, Williams College
  • The lowest programs—Boston University., Lafayette College, Indiana, Princeton Theological Seminary, Rockefeller University, Trinity University, University of Chicago, Nebraska, Pitt, USC, University of Tulsa, Virginia, Wake Forest, and Yeshiva University
