    M. B. said:

The Lord said "These are the creatures you may eat from among all the land animals: any animal that has true hoofs, and that chews the cud..." Leviticus 11:1-3.
These you may eat of all that live in water: anything... that has fins and scales." Leviticus 11:9
The following you shall abominate among the birds...: the eagle, the vulture, the black vulture, the kite, falcons of every variety, all varieties of raven, the ostrich, the nighthawk, the sea gull, hawks of every variety, the little owl, the cormorant, the great owl, the white owl, the pelican, and the bustard; the stork; herons of every variety; the hoopoe, and the bat.
All winged swarming things, that walk on fours, shall be an abomination for you."
[Y]ou may eat" locusts, crickets, and grasshoppers.
"All animals that walk on paws...are unclean for you."
Also unclean are the mole, the mouse, the gecko, the crocodile, the lizard and the chameleon.
    Leviticus 11.

All the rules on edible creatures given by God to the ancient Israelites through Moses and Aaron are in Leviticus 11.
