Cantor Laura Stein, LMSW

Cantor Laura Stein, LMSW (she/her) was ordained from Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion’s Debbie Friedman School of Sacred Music in 2018. She also holds a Master of Social Work from New York University. Currently, Laura works full-time as a social worker at Mount Sinai Hospital's Center for Transgender Medicine and Surgery and serves as cantor in various congregational, communal and pastoral settings.
