While the seemingly endless health insurance reform debate ostensibly ended last Tuesday when President Obama signed reform legislation into law, opponents of the new law immediately initiated a campaign to repeal the legislation.

Three very interesting - and very different - stories in my inbox this morning remind me of the power of the story of the Israelites' journey from slavery to freedom. It is, as we are taught, a story for all times, and one that can inspire all peoples.

1. Washi

It's a "good news, bad news" week for our energy future. Today EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson and Transportation Secretary Ray LaHood announced the finalized (and historic) "clean car standards" that have been in the works since President Obama took office.
