In the first week of May, a draft opinion for Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization was leaked, indicating the U.S. Supreme Court’s plan to overturn Roe v. Wade, the landmark decision that affirmed the right to an abortion for the last 50 years. While this decision is not final and abortion is still legal, we must proactively explore ways that we can continue the fight to protect and advance abortion rights and access.

On Thursday, May 26 at 10 AM, join RAC-NJ and our partners in the Democracy in a Day coalition in Trenton for a Day of Action. Our time together will include a policy briefing and an outdoor rally at the State House Annex. this will be followed by lobby meetings with state legislators
