In the first week of May, a draft opinion for Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization was leaked, indicating the U.S. Supreme Court’s plan to overturn Roe v. Wade, the landmark decision that affirmed the right to an abortion for the last 50 years. While this decision is not final and abortion is still legal, we must proactively explore ways that we can continue the fight to protect and advance abortion rights and access.

On Thursday, May 26 at 10 AM, join RAC-NJ and our partners in the Democracy in a Day coalition in Trenton for a Day of Action. Our time together will include a policy briefing and an outdoor rally at the State House Annex. this will be followed by lobby meetings with state legislators

This inaugural is an opportunity to come together across Massachusetts to get to know each other, to dream about what we can accomplish and to make plans for our first campaign RAC-MA together.

We are excited to offer a 4-session training series for those interested in starting (or continuing) the essential work of incorporating REDi practices & principles into your community (including online/physical spaces, youth/adult programming, religious school, High Holiday planning, membership outreach & more). 

The Mass Poor People’s & Low-Wage Workers’ Assembly Moral March on Washington and To the Polls is a gathering of people from around the country to raise our voices to demand action to address the injustices of systemic racism, poverty, voter suppression, barriers to health care, and climate change.
