RAC-CA endorses Proposition 16, which would once again allow consideration of race, gender, and ethnicity (affirmative action) in state government - specifically contracting and procurement, employment, and university admissions - after a 24-year ban.

RAC-CA endorses Proposition 17, which would amend the state constitution to allow people who are on parole for felonies to vote. Jewish Values: As Reform Jews, we believe that our democracy is strongest when everyone has an opportunity to participate.

We are not currently offering the Social Justice Academy with our programs beginning to resume in-person. Our commitment to the pursuit of justice and providing meaningful opportunities for our high school students is unwavering. To that end, we launched the RAC Social Justice Academy—a new program for the 2020-2021 year to offer meaningful, fun and actionable Jewish social justice education in a virtual setting in light of the injustice the pandemic laid bare.
