In the fall of 2017, the Union for Reform Judaism hired Rosov Consulting, premier evaluators, to research whether Reform Movement youth experiences – NFTY, URJ Camps, and congregational teen experiences – have a lasting impression into adulthood, as alumni who embrace Jewish life as a path to meaning, purpose, and joy and shape a more whole, just, and compassion world in our congregations and beyond.

What is Reform Judaism?
Throughout history, the Jewish people have remained firmly rooted in Jewish tradition, but since its earliest days, Reform Judaism has asserted that a Judaism frozen in time cannot coexist effectively with those who live in modern times. Reform Judaism affirms the central tenets of Judaism — God, Torah, and Israel — while acknowledging the diversity of Reform Jewish beliefs and practices.
